About Our Art Is Trees

Thoughtful tree care begins with understanding - understanding structure, site conditions, pathogens and the long-term role trees play in the landscape.

Our Approach

Tree care decisions should be guided by education, observation, knowledge and long-term thinking.  At Our Art Is Trees, every recommendation begins with understanding the tree itself - its structure, species characteristics, growing conditions, and the surrounding landscape.  Rather than applying the same solution to every situation, we evaluate each tree individually and recommend actions that support the future health, vitality, structural stability, and responsible stewardship of the landscape.

Knowledge and Experience

Our work is grounded in formal forestry education and professional arboriculture training, combined with decades of practical experience working in the canopy.  As certified arborists, we approach each project with a strong understanding of tree biology, soil sciences, structural mechanics, and the long-term effects of pruning and site conditions.  Ongoing study and field experience as well as participation in new innovative studies continue to shape how we evaluate trees and recommend care.
